Legalizes personal use of marijuana for adults age 21-and-older. Regulates & taxes marijuana sales at 15%, dedicated to funding public services.
A Yes Vote Means
Adults age 21-and-over can possess and grow small amounts of marijuana. Funding increases for public services like education & healthcare.

- California Democratic Party
- California State NAACP
- National Latino Officers Association
A No Vote Means
Marijuana stays illegal, except for medical use – with possession punishable by fines and potentially jail time. No new funding for public services.

- California Republican Party
- California Hospital Association
